Exchange teachers

Exchange teachers sometimes teach parts of a compulsory course, which would normally be taught by your Finnish teacher. Sometimes exchange teachers teach on topics which are not part of the curriculum, but attending exchange teachers’ lectures can count towards elective studies. Attending lectures or workshops given in English is a very good way of familiarizing the ear to listening to different accents and of course it also provides you with a good opportunity to express yourself in English.

During International Weeks we hope to host many exchange lecturers so do follow the student notice board for information about the week’s activities.
